For years, I did everything “right” and still felt like my body was working against me. I’ve lived with leaky gut syndrome, endometriosis, chronic inflammation, and more than 50 known food sensitivities. I know what it’s like to feel exhausted, puffy, in pain, and scared to eat because you’re not sure what will set your body off next. My inflammation is now under control (as long as I behave!), and that hard‑earned experience is at the heart of how I coach.
With over 15 years of professional experience, my mission is to empower individuals and communities to achieve holistic wellness—not perfection, but a sustainable, joyful way of living. My background includes a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education, National Board Certification in Health Coaching, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Autoimmune Wellness Coach, and Certified Substance Abuse Prevention Specialist. I blend all of that with my own healing journey so you get both evidence‑informed guidance and real‑life understanding.
I’ve had the privilege of serving as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, specializing in Barre, Kickboxing, and functional strength for real bodies with real limitations. A significant part of my journey has been my work with Parkinson’s patients, where I witness firsthand the life‑changing impact of movement through the Rock Steady Boxing program as Head Coach. This experience deepens my belief that the right kind of movement can restore dignity, confidence, and hope at any stage of life.
My career and life have also included developing wellness‑focused programs for youth camps and leading substance abuse prevention efforts in my local community. I’m driven to connect with people who are ready to make a positive change—whether that means calming inflammation, easing hormone chaos, rebuilding strength, or simply feeling at home in their body again.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me outside on a run, exploring new adventures with my husband, and dreaming about the day we can welcome a dog back into our family.
