Autoimmune and inflammation Reset

What is the Auto-Immune Protocol?

 The Autoimmune Protocol (AIP) is a science-backed food philosophy designed to help those with autoimmune conditions reduce inflammation, heal their digestive tract, and identify specific food triggers.
