 I specialize in supporting women in perimenopause and menopause who are dealing with inflammation, fatigue, hormone chaos, autoimmune symptoms, and “I just don’t feel like myself anymore" clients.


 AIP is an evidence‑informed elimination and healing protocol designed to calm inflammation, support the immune system, and help you identify food and lifestyle triggers. It’s not a forever diet — it’s a structured, temporary phase with a guided reintroduction process. 


 No. Some clients use AIP, some don’t. You choose the approach that fits your symptoms, lifestyle, and goals. My coaching is always personalized — never one‑size‑fits‑all. 


 AIP can be very supportive for midlife women because it focuses on reducing inflammation, stabilizing blood sugar, improving gut health, and supporting hormone balance. We move at a pace that feels doable for you. During the discovery call, we can figure out if this is the right approach for you or not.


 It’s a relaxed, judgment‑free conversation where we talk about what’s going on in your body, what you’ve tried, and what you want to feel like again. You’ll get clarity, next steps, and you'll decide together if health coaching or AIP is a good fit.


 I provide templates, food lists, recipe ideas, and guidance — but not strict meal plans. My goal is to help you build habits you can actually maintain, not follow a rigid script. 


 Every body is different, but many clients notice improvements in energy, digestion, sleep, and inflammation within a few weeks. Hormone and autoimmune shifts take longer — but we track progress together. 


 Yes! I love collaborating with medicine providers, chiropractors, naturopaths, massage therapist, anyone on your team of health. I help you implement the recommendations they give you. 


 You’re human — and midlife, autoimmune disease and inflammation is no joke. There is no failing here. We adjust, pivot, and keep going. My coaching is compassionate, flexible, and designed for real life. 


 No. I don’t diagnose conditions or prescribe medication. I support you with lifestyle, nutrition, mindset, and behavior change while your medical team handles clinical care.
